No new filings on PACER (since 4/4/06 in the TX cases, and since 3/16/06 in CA pended actions) -- BUT:
There is one filing in the CA Toshiba case, filed 4/6/06, and entered 4/12/06 entitled ``Transcript.`` It is inaccessible to me, and it could be anything, I would imagine.
So, Ron, if you please, can you shed any more light on what this might be? Or could it just be as simple as basic court housekeeping? The reason I pose the question is that it does not appear anywhere else (though we also said that about NEC, I believe it was, in TX recently).
