Each can own up to 9.9% of the stock. Lazy man`s question, do they have to report as ``major holders``? I don`t think that they have had to before and I don`t remember if they were mentioned in last quarter`s 10Q.

So I have to amend my comment that we won`t see any indication of their selling until next quarter. i don`t know if we ever will.
