I said this morning that there was ``buying with controlled urgency``. I also noted that for the first time since 3/7 daily stochastics had turned positive. I don`t think this is a blip but a renewed trend up. Look at the up volume! I could make a number of conjectures as to who is buying but it would still be conjecture. TA is telling me we are headed back to resistance at $1.70, then who knows. IMHO
