He isn`t jumping for joy with the settlements TPL signed so far. which he states in the 10q. and for sure he is warning us that our good old buddies S/L will sell large blocks of stock and short us any time they feel like it. other than that the 10q looks good.

Can`t prove it but last weeks sell off should be a eye opener. JMHO AS ALWAYS
