It is not so much ``what is missing``; rather it is what IS THERE --- 400,000,000 shares --- BIG nut to overcome. I want a much higher share price as much as the next guy, but getting to ``$11`` any time soon would take another spell of irrational exhuberance, IMO. I would be happy at $4-$5.
