LOL! I wasn`t aware of it either... that being said I don`t think this agreement will be a factor for a year or more as it becomes tied up in court... Fish never performed fully because he never testified in our behalf... he may have supplied needed documents but IMO it shouldn`t entitle him to $199 Million dollars! It`s ridiculous... and no wonder Wallin go the boot.
