I have done enough consulting and ``spinning,`` both inside the publishing industry, the legal community, and the hi-tech world, to know there are times to shut one`s mouth--and times to open it wide, forcefully, and with facts.

This is one of those times.

I also emailed Hawk Associates. It would not be a bad idea, in my opinion, if others did the same thing. Be forceful with being rude, but make sure the point is clear: a response is necessary, sooner rather than later.

Silence, as someone mentioned here in a slightly different vein, will be construed by many as a tacit admission by Pohl and others in positions of import that the charges heaped upon PTSC have merit. In my opinion, most of them do not have any merit whatsoever.

I hope Ease is not off binge-drinking.
