to management ahead of the SHM--If you have any further questions, please post them soon. Below is the list--look through it carefully and see what revisions you think need to be made. I know that there are some on the board qualified to make revisions--as you all know, I am not! lol

Ron, when did you want to have the list ready to go? GL, ads

1). We know the patents are good until 2015, are they like pharma companies and are no good after that, or are they simular to other tech patents....that is are they renewable if used. We are selling licenses to them so they are not shelved, and subjet to expire worthless. Can they be renewed?

2). With question number 1 comes a related question, the licences` we make, are some going to have reoccurring royalties and in having such, will they continue beyond 2015?

3). Does the company plan to settle with Fish with some sort of lessor agrement, or are we going the distance and try to win and outrigh dismissal?......and your reason for the answer.

4). We were extremely excited about he ``dozens`` comment in the PRs, with such a comment we had though there may be at least a couple more deal made by now....was the comment premature and are the companies refered to now stalling?...or are we stalling and demanding more money now the Fuji settled.

5). We know Sony Corp. is not a part of the suits anymore, is that because of their relationship with our attorneys, and if so, is TPL looking for another firm to go after them?

6). TPL, being a private company, may have different outlooks on results than do we as a public company. Is management 100% satisified with TPL`s honor, intergity and efforts to keep in mind PTSC`s intrests when making deals?

7). If and when we get the Fish lawsuit behind us, does the company plan to continue dividends on a quartly basis, as deal come in....or does the company plan to do a share buyback......or thirdly, does the company plan to ues the cash for company expantion?

8). Would management be willing to tie the manage incentive plan, shares you are getting for yourself, to the upward movement in share price?

9). Are Swartz and Lincon any problem for the company?

10). TPL is working on other branches of their company, some shareholders have beging the think that just maybe PTSC might venture into another business partnership with them to market and advance the Ignite and Inflame tech......is this a reasonable conjecture and weahter Ignite and Inflame are involved or not, do you forsee us ever making another partnership with them?

11) Is there any reason why the next SHM will be in six months(Oct06)?

12) oh, and what about plans to get to Nasdaq?

13) Do we have any direct or indirect customers for the Ignite program? More than one?

If yes, when will there be product on the market utilizing Ignite?

Someone please ask if the SEC should be notified to look into why the MMs took the share pice from $1.50+ to .60s in about 10 days or better yet $1.30s to .60s in 4 days...

``If you are at liberty to discuss it, please update the status of the ``discount`` period with respect to pending or future license deals; are we still in that phase or are we moving to `firm up pricing`

1) I want to have list of 150....

2) Can PTSC meet the applicable eligibility

criteria to trade in NASDAQ

Really just a further expansion of Ads question # 6 related to TPL. Regarding Pohl`s comfort level that TPL is negotiating deals that maximize shareholder value:

1) is negotiating a recurring revenue stream as important to TPL as it is PTSC- or would they just as soon see the cash up front?

2) Given the fact that the likely customers for TPL`s Intelasy`s venture are the same companies we are seekingto extract money from on the patent portfolio - is Pohl worried at all about the potential dichotomies of those two positions?

``What is the status of the patent application for the wireless charging of electronic devices?``

How many companies are currently negotiating with Alliacense?
