The departure of Mr. Pohl as an "asterick so to sperk" in the SEC is very disconcerting. It indicates that something was wrong with his departure. The problem hopefully existed within the BOD and not some exterior force that could cause more harm to the SP. There are at least 100 people on this board that could sit down and write the PR for his departure that would normally be accompanied with some fanfare. Who is going to replace him?????

Hopefully the following occurred: Mr. Pohl brought to the Board's attention something that needed to be accomplished, in his viewpoint, and he was outvoted and told this would not occur. He became agitated and so pissed off that he said "I Quit to hell with you all".

This would be the best possible scenario given the complete lack of communication on a momentous exit from a significant leadership position.
