Interesting article and thanks for posting it and it does lead one to believe that in reality we are ahead of Rembrandt and Bosch.

The article basically states that since Bosch is in the business of producing contact lenses it and Rembrandt it's "partner", would not fall under the title of a patent troll and therefore suits would hold up all the way to the Supreme Court. Now with fingers placed over our noses the joint venture between Patriot and TPL (a manufacturer of chips) our partner could place us in the same strong position that seems to be that of Rembrandt and Bosch.

Just a note to ponder.
