I don't know how Jesus got into this, it must be part of your "savior syndrome" associated with David Pohl. Please look back on my notes last May, June and July. I had nice things to say about David.

The problem is that in the last 3 months, many of his chickens have come home to roost. The continuing drag on the SP by big share owners like Lincoln, Swartz  and others who have performed incalcuable damage on the SP and the success of PTSC, paying Giffhorn off, and dealings with TPL where we have come out on the short end of the stick every time as well as stating that acquisitions were on the way, soon.

At this point, we need a different legal expertise to keep up with our adversarial partner, TPL and Mr. Pohl made a wise choice in letting some one else deal with this group.
