More than likely Has to do with the TX settlement... maybe one of the Japanese companies threw in a new division or a new JV that they are involved in...

Since PTSC/TPL know more about the # of signings than us regular joes.... i'll take their information and be happy we have 40 instead of 39...

nobody here knows the answer...maybe in the quarterly filing the answer will be found.... gl
