The J3 can only count as THREE licenses as per the letter to the shareholders released recently, THROUGH THE END of 2007, there were 34 licenses TOTAL, meaning per your list, Verigy should be 34, NOT 35. If Mattel makes 40, then either the letter to the shareholders is wrong, or there is an unannounced license. Or perhaps Mattel makes 39 and today's PR is incorrect. Somewhere there is an error in a PR (not sure which one) or there is an unannounced license. I like the IBM explanation!!! lol
