Why don't you post your thoughts on the Discussion Board?

You have some good questions and valid points.... but what if you are wrong and this is the start of unprecedented growth and development for PTSC?

Larry agrees with you 100%, but we must be fair. 

While I am disappointed that JT didn't have a chance to accomplish his plans and goals for our company, I am reserving my own particular judgement until we learn more in April.

Like you, one of my concerns is that TPL is the driving force behind everything, and that they have their own agenda, but Mr. Goerner does seem to have the history and experience behind him to take PTSC all the way.

This is a very frustrating time for us, the shareholders.  We know very little and can only wait and worry. I realise that there is a lot of money involved, and it is all in the hands of a few, but we must have faith that they are working to build this company, not tear it down or sell it.

We have a lot on the line.  But Perhaps we will learn more next week.  I certainly hope so.
