Please do not panic as this is a theoretical possibility, not reality, Cherry. If this did occur, it would definitely be necessary to call for a shareholders meeting. However, the possibility of this occuring is extremely low in the realm of probability. The reason I brought this up is that one should and must consider all possibilities in the secretive manner in which PTSC operates and the trust we can enjoy. Our BOD Exec Committee Chairman is operated by a man that few trust but he along with a brand NEW CEO and the CFO are the only members of the management team. The other 3 members are on a second tier, in my opinion, on the actual operation of PTSC. This is all we have trust in who controls possibly hundreds of millions of dollars. Disconcerting.
