Thank you so much for posting this.

Today,  I was feeling a little grumpy, because my body is complaining about this little ache and that little pain... and poor little 'ol me had ALLLL that cooking to do for my visiting family.

Well, you certainly put me to shame, Borredo :-) 

Change of attitude was needed here.   I'm so fortunate that I have a beautiful family to do it all for.  I am so blessed.
