I think that if you ask Agoracom if anyone other than their personnel can remove a message, they will tell you it can't be done. A few that were "president" tried it and it didn't work.

No, it wasn't me. I think they might give a little more consideration to those with higher rankings, but they will not let them manage the board. LOL
