So no need for a ready made investor base, and the company shell?

You're implying that IYO TPL wants to stay private, which incidentally confirms my feeling - that Sr. Lecky has disdain for the commoners and being the controlling hand in this puppet, will/has treated them as such thru the PTSC conduit.
