Those were issued on the 17th.

All I know is I inquired of the progress on the '336 and '148 reexaminations. I talked to a guy that I talked to a while back.
He said "a cerificate was issued on the '336.
I asked if that meant the reexam on the 336 is done.
He replied "yes, a certificate has been mailed to the patent holder"
He looked up the '148 and said he saw nothing on it "somebody else is handling that, Joseph .... I can't pronounce his last name" he gave me the phone number, I called, got a recorded msg, left my number.
No call back yet, I'll call again this afternoon if I don't hear from him.
Now everyone knows as much as I do.

I hope I'm not creating unreasonable optimism, but I relayed it as I got it from this guy.
A cerificate was issued on 6-17-08 on the 90 008 319 (the control number for the 5809336)

Rechecked the information and the guy I spoke with came up with 3 DIFFERENT CN#s for the 5809336.
90008319 90008227 900088306
When I originally called him and asked about 5809336 he came up with the 90000319 and that was the certificate issued 6-17-08. Not for the '336 patent. Where that ever came from I have no idea.
I'm sorry for all this mix-up. Can't tell you how bad I feel to get everyone's hopes up.
