IMO his intentions are accountability and an increase in the SP...The same old same old is not working.....They either wake UP or they step aside....I will be attending the SHM....It will be interesting...

What I found interesting was the need to post such a missive on an open forum. Albeit showing the author's composition skills, what other purpose can it realistically achieve?

There has been absolutely nothing to prevent the author, or any other dissatisfied shareholder, from submitting motions for consideration/vote at any AGM. Has this been done? Will it be done?

The voting records for AGM proposals do not appear to indicate a huge dissent, rather the opposite. Now, with the benefit of 20/20 hindsight and lack of any prior action, the board are being told to purchase stock or resign!

With a new team and the progress so far made, despite the poor share price, perhaps it is now time for certain directors to consider their position, if they haven't already done so? If they were there to ensure the success of their respective investments, now might be appropriate for them to step back from the daily management of the Company and become non-executive directors? One or two may even wish to retire in the near future, but I seriously hope that it's not because of the letter.

That is one point in the letter that I found the most amusing: In the event of any resignations or stock purchaes, no matter if they had been planned, the author can claim full credit, conversely, if there is no direct response, more tirades berating the board can be made with impugnity.

Before you ask, I too want an increase in the share price and I'm positive that it will happen, with or without those board members intimated in the letter.
