Question for Milestone, emt,opty,

Were ALL claims initailly rejected on the 148?

If so, then some of them have now been Validated. Correct?

How Important is that in the re issue area? Can just those claims get reissued or is it all or nothing with patents?

Depending on the answer, I'll have a follow up question, please.
