United States Patent 4585954, I can see similar words, but are they saying anything that pertains to the 148?

I believe that you are saying, in your opinion, this ctied prior art does Not teach what the 148 does.

In your opinion, is it easily over come?

I want to see the 148 tested, tried and true. All in tact would be awesome, but there is the possiblility that only "some claims"make it out.

Are the ones "so far" VALIDATED, worth anything? I think that's the most important question right now.
