The title of your post leads one to think that maybe you don't know what you are talking about - a CEO is in no position to remove board directors. It is the other way around. So let's all rally behind the guy who doesn't understand corporate structure, a fairly simple business concept that is learned in Business 101. Yeah, that's the ticket.
