I'll add that you are fairly full of yourself and this forum to think that all of the PTSC universe is contained herein.

I guess doing one's own independent research is a weak substitute for a post or two that aggregates PTSC PRs.

And to answer you directly, the BOD/CEO relationship isn't unique to PTSC. It is Understanding Corporate Structure 101.
