All of my employees have legal paperwork. I pay social security tax on each individual. I also pay for on the job insurance.

I'm not saying the imigration issue is OK. I'm saying we need to recognize that farm labor is needed in this country. We also need to know who is coming in here and for what purpose. But this dosn't mean that all Mexicans should not be allowed in this country. We need to make it easier with legal documentation for these necessary workers to come here and work in agriculture. Easy enough that they can also return to Mexico after the work is done. Instead it's nearly impossible for them to get here legally so they sneak in and we don't know who is here and for what purpose. Y^ou need to understand this issue a little more clearly. I'm looking for middle ground a solution what do you offer?
