Wish I could make it! I'll just have to be jealous. I played Wingfoot a couple of years ago. The year right before the US Open was last held there. MAN OH MAN! Talk about "the rough". That stuff was deadly. The fore caddies were telling us to use our wedge or 9-iron and just get it back on the fairway, and we'd tell them, "no, I usually hit a 5 iron or 6 iron from here" , etc. Needless to say, DINK. Dink again! Finally by the 3rd hole we were saying, "Yes Sir, whatever you say sir!" Kind of like Tim Robbins character in Bull Durham where he's the young punk rookie waving off the veteran catcher's calls (Kevin Costner) and just getting shelled, and before too long he finally smartens up and he's shaking his head, "Yes Sir, whatever you say sir!" lol.

I actually played the first hole in regulation and figured there should be no need for me to do anything other than give lessons and pointers from there on out in my life! lol. Nevermind that I shot over 100 for the round!

I'm actually a little bummed that Lady Brady got hurt. I truthfully thought they were going to be a 10-6 team at best even with him because they haven't gotten any better on the o-line, and the rest of the division HAS gotten better, so I didn't expect the cake walk they had the last couple of years. Now we'll have to listen to ease and all his excuses for the 8-8 season. I think Farve & Faneca help make your Jets contenders in that division, and the Bills are looking very good. It'll be interesting to see how that divison pans out now that Brady is out. I hear you on the Bills & Steelers (except of course for the part where we actually go the the Super Bowl to WIN it, not just to be there, lol), but it would be hard to give up pounding on the Clowns and the Bungles year in and year out. And those Ravens are just plain BAD PEOPLE that need to be pistol-whipped, and the Black-N-Gold are just the sheriffs to do it!
