For a Steeler fanatic you sure do write well and your logic and thought processes are right on. As far as her foreign policy skills Alaska Governors have international borders with two countries and is required to negotiate with both. Gov. Palin was able to get the 40 billion dollar gas pipe line which goes through Canada to the lower 48 through all the processes that nobody else was able to handle.

As far as knowledge goes our #1 and most powerful female Democrat, Nancy Pelosi was quoted on a National news show as saying that she is against drilling for and using any type of fossil fuels and that is why she is in favor of Natural Gas. Someone needs to tell the leader of the house who travels back and forth form CA to DC that Natural gas is a fossil fuel!

Who would have thought that the biggest chauvanistic pig in San Diego would be in favor of a woman for President and yet some of the best leaders this world has seen over the past fifty years or so were women.

I refer you to Indria Ghandi, Margret Thatcher, Golda Meir, Eleanor Roosevelt (yep she was the legs and on site eyes for FDR) and let us all not forget the greatest female leaders of them all our Mothers.

Off topic - Have you seen the latest SI poll (I think it was SI) where Dallas and your Steelers are 1 and 2 and my Chargers are #3? I can understand the Steelers and Cowboys but I would bet that this poll was taken before Merriman decided to undergo the knife (sometihng the Chargers told him to do in Feb), LT "stubbed" his toe in the fourth quarter last Sunday, Gates is still gimpy with his toe problems, Cooper is still under suspension, Hardwick is a few weeks away, Williams can only play half a game with his gimpy knees, Kateing feels it is unfair to kick the ball into the end zone etc etc......let see who did I leave out..... oh yeah things are so bad in Charger land there is a rumor that they are going to recruit San Diego State to help them out. After all for over three quarters last weekend they were really taking it to Notre Dame until they woke up and realized that they were suppose to lose on National TV.

Bit of trivia now that Brady is out their third string quarterback becomes #2 and that happens to be Kevin O'Connell late of the Aztecs. Another bit of triva, my Marine and fire fighting son played football and baseball with one of the best in the AL right now, White Sox outfielder Carlos Quinton. Carlos was two years ahead of Phil but as Phil made Varsity in football right away Carlos took him under his wing and I have got to say a nicer, smarter and more athletic young man would be hard to find. Carlos was so smart he played for Stanford and yes I am a bit biased as he not only was good to Phil but he was always polite to me.

You really do like to get my BP up don't you?

God Bless

Marc
