When you say "changes" that should mean that a policy should be different for an existing policy right?

1) Mcains tax policy remains the same as Bush

2) His policy on Iraq remained the same as bush until a few weeks ago when bush agreed to a timeline to withdraw from iraq agreeing with Obama and the iraqi government

3) His enerygy policy remains largely the same which is to drill, drill drill all over the country.

He promises to close tax loop holes and clean up washington but which politician hasn't said that.

Can you give me a few examples of how Mcain's leadership would be different from the previous leadership given that it is a fact that he agreed with President Bush 95% of the time? Since change is now the theme of the election how exactly is Mcain a change from Bush if he agrees with practically everthing Bush did?
