Can you help me out here?

While going down the list of all the posts...new and old, I suddenly noticed a small symbol off to the right side. It's kinda square, either green or grey, with a number beside them (the green ones only though)

I've been wondering why yours almost never are green with a number beside it?

Can you explain? I'm confused! TIA
