That leaves approximately 50million for M&A activity.
Not only are the feet in the fire, it's proposed that the hands be tied as well.
Then there are suggestions that TPL should lower license fees in the event of a successful re-examination to get cash into the company.
The potential for Avot has yet to be understood: INFOMERCIALS - Wal-Mart sending a 30-second weekly special offers video to all their registered customers; Travel, resort video; Property, view the house/office/building without leaving the comfort zone of the cell phone... where there is a customer base, there is an opportunity. The beauty of the above being the call back feature of the phone.
Carriers charge individuals for sending video messages, if using Avot improves the quality negotiate a per message fee with the carrier.
Food for thought? My vote is for the increase to better enable a rising share price, growing Company and, move to a better exchange.
