dys1, good one! On the other hand, a rumor has been circulating that the U.S., fearing national bankruptcy, was going to foreclose on Alaska, and that Canada was going to put in an offer. That's fine by me, so long as we can get it in writing that Sarah Palin won't ever run for Prime Minister.

Alaska is one of two states, (Vermont being the other one), where there is no requirement to have a concealed weapons permit. Anyone can carry any kind of gun practically anywhere in the state, (short of schools and govt. buildings I believe). Whatcha gonna do about our guns? Think you're going to take em?

PS. Maybe Alaska could just buy out Canada. Of course, we don't want the French part, you can keep them.
