Problem is, he specificly mentioned Obama by name (and age).

No misunderstanding Biden there, and no 'clarification' necessary.

If I understand Biden correctly, innocent people are going to die so that Obama can be given a 'test'.

When Russia invaded Georgia (that's a country in central Asia, not the US state for the uninformed) McCain stated his views.

Obama took a vacation.

I guess Biden what Biden means when he said 'you may not agree with the reaction' when the test will come, he means Obama will likely take another vacation, much like he votes 'present' on the tough issues (as his voting record indicates).

But don't let these facts get in your way. Just pray the innocent victims of the 'test' won't be anyone you know.
