You have possibly changed the thinking (and maybe the vote) of the waiter and taken care of the homeless guy (charity) all in one brilliant manuever. Chances are the homless guy isn't going to vote.

As it's been said before, if the dems want the government to have more money, why don't they all just send them a check for more than they owe now.
