If we can just wake enough people to the fact that the stealing of America has been bi-partisan treason and a terrible con game, we might be able to return to a time when every problem was not treated as though throwing money at it will make it go away.

Government can never do anything FOR us without doing something TO us. Constantly increasing the size, cost amd reach of government has taken us to the brink of destruction.

Another example of failure due to government funding is what has happened to education in the US. Before federal aid, our kids were the best educated in the world. Then came the 60's and "help" from the government. We not only got our own money back, but it came along with rules, regulations and guidelines. I was teaching at the time and took a terrible beating from my compatriots because I opposed federal aid. They thought they'd make a lot more money. They were greedy fools who didn't really care a whit about examining the pitfalls. Their greed then has been responsible for the dumbing down of America.

Money really isn't everything!
