Good read. It's still a troubling thought to go from the necessity of buying gasoline at what the market bears to buying miles to what the price is dictated for an item that falls more under a necessity than the comparisons made of Amazon or an ipod.
I am bothered the UAW did not agree to wage reductions in terms of survival but also have my doubts that with the money the big three would want to make much of a wholesale change towards a better product, efficently and/or enviromentaly. Weighing all those factors against the ramifications of a business failure is sure a dicey issue to contemplate........
