Sproles, but after Saturday just call him and spell him money. He is a free agent at the end of the season which I think may be in about four weeks (hint) and his performance certainly added a 0 or two to his worth. He is a very quick back but can he do that every game for sixteen games probably not. Norv Turner today said he is wrapped in ice his body is so sore from Saturday night. If you recall we failed to resign Michael Turner at the end of last season and look what he did in Atlanta. He is however a much larger back then Sproles.

Our punter Sciferes is very very good. He has been doing this all year long... and in fact for the past three years after he took over for Daren Bennett who was with the Chargers for ten or so years. He was awesome in his own right and had never played football before coming to America from Australia. One year he came to San Diego on vacation loved it here and since all he knew was soccer he decided to try out for the Chargers, see if he could get a job and live here. Well, he turned out to be exceptional, played here till he finished his career with one or two years in Minn but is currently a sports talk guy back here in San Diego where he lives in our North county.

Sproles would probably take less to play here as there has always been a San Diego discount for athletes. After all how many tens of millions do you need to live on even here in paradise?

By the way as good as Sciferes is our kicker Kaeding is a bit weak leg though usually accurate on extra points and short to mid range field goals. As far as I am concerned his main problem is that he rarely puts the ball in the end zone and therefore on kick offs the opponent almost always has a chance to run the ball out and usually gets past the 20.
