I took the time to read your entire post and in the first half you contradict the position you took by voting for and supporting BO through his election.... but it was when I reached your statement and I quote....."I gotta clue you people in........." That I fell off my chair.

Most of the sane folks on this board have been attempting to clue you in to what BO stood for. Most of sane folks have been attempting to clue you in to some of the stuff that jldmt stated in his post regarding democratic control.

You state that for the most part you are a Republican and have voted that way, well I say balderdash (hows that for an oldie but a goodie?). Anybody that tells the American public that bad times are ahead because of the baby boomers retiring etc etc and then goes on to blame those who have cut taxes is not a conservative but is for certain a died in the wool liberal democrat. A wise person seeing the mess up ahead would say well let me see instead of adding gas and going faster to reach that mess lets take our foot off the gas and find away around the mess. In other words instead of spending more .... lets spend less but that is not the way big govt types think.

By the way I have not listened to Rush for quite a while now. Of course I read about his doings and for the most part I agree with his take on things but I stopped listening when he did nothing but support what President Bush did. President Bush was not a conservative if anything I found him to be a liberal republican which by the way is a lot better then the socialist we have now.

I hope and yes pray that sooner rather then later you see the light. Being foolish is not evil it is just a disease that if left unchecked can wreck havoc.
