GTO, you are spot on concerning the Bond holders. The current occupants in the White House are/have changed the rules and I am not quite sure this is legal. What a mess and they have put their feet (again) in it.

I have nothing against these new people but aren't there general rules that are in a book somewhere? Rules you are supposed to follow?

I always thought Bond holders first, if I have my facts right. Maybe my business professors were wrong........all of them and Timothy is right.......naaaa.

I don't care if Chrysler goes under as I have lived through this before, the last time we bailed them out. I will miss that Ram pickup with the diesel, damn fine truck.
