If you are standing on the "principle" that its our money, then why do you fervently support corporations and the rich who are taxing* regular Ameicans like you and me?
*One example (and you can plug whatever numbers you want into this equation)
Say a "typical" American makes $70K a year, has a $200K mortgage and carries a $5K balance on his credit card (impossible to pay off).
Right now the banks are borrowing at effectively a zero percent interest rate from the Fed (you and me) Mortgage ratesare at around 6% and credit card rates are at around 15%. Using historical spreads, these rates should be 3% and 5% respectively. Using these figures our "typical" American is being "taxed" by his bank $5000 a year just to own a house!
Obviously you are getting your ideas from a certain person who is taking in $400 million to defend corporations and attack the government. How "principled" (or patriotic for that matter) is that?
And don't get me started on "health care"
