To answer your questions:

1.) I am a student. I was outsourced from my job as an engineer in 06. I'm in the process of finishing my pre-requisites to apply to a nursing program. My wife is a working professional and is unfortanetly carrying the financial load for us at the moment.

2.) The house I live in as my main residence was my wifes prior to our marriage. I sold my previous house to move in with her prior to our getting married. I own a house in Oklahoma that I bought for my dad so that he could have a place to live in, as he is retired and was on disability prior to that. I bought that house for 47K prior to being laid off from my job. That house is a manufactured 3 bedroom/2 bath house. I am the legal owner; he rents from me. He just makes the equivelent of the mortgage and insurance payments. I don't profit a nickel on my dad. My dad pays $405.00 a month in an area where that house would rent for $800.00 or more a month easily.
