Imagine the tens and hundreds of billions that will be wasted within a government system, and then imagine never knowing about it because in those closed systems there is no accountability, no checks and balances and no accoutning structure to force corruption to the surface; it all gets smothered in hundreds of billions of wasted dollars, every year.
