Good post but I would like to add that the Bush admin. either didn't know about, or under-estimated the Fedieen (sp) role in the Saddam plan. This groups role was to attack foreign invaders in the event the Iraqi gov't. went under. They proved to be a formidible force that the Bush people didn't recognize. The initial mission was complete!
