This makes perfect sense. Take health care away from the evil insurance companies and give it to your friendly neighborhood IRS. A socialistic govt. "public Option" plan. You supposedely have the option to join it or not. But apparently you have no say in weather you pay for it or not. And, you lose even more of what little privacy you have left.
