It is ok for the administration/government to go after a news agency because they believe the news agency is promoting free speech by airing newsworthy stories of tea parties who are using their free speech.

It is ok for the administration/government to go after a news agency because the leader of the administration is an egotist and it is sport for him.

It is ok for the administration/government to go after a news agency because the news agency finds the truth among the administration/government’s half-truths; ….. ok, lies.

It is ok for the administration/government to go after a news agency because the administration is legitimate and elected, (which of course does not preclude it being socialist one iota).

It is ironic that a member of the press would sanction the suppressing tactics of the administration/government against the legitimate press under the guise of it being “an entertaining fight”. That is quite the cop-out, then again that is about all one can expect anymore from the left-stream media. They will have to be awakened when it is finally over.
