If we are all to use the same tax code and it is to be used by all for legal tax avoidance like you clearly point out; why do so many Dems decide to cheat instead. How many Dems stepped down from an Obama appointment because of their dishonesty with tax reporting? Geitner and Rangel get a pass, why?

I wish that there would be an investigation in to all the non-profit companies set up in this country. I'm sure that net would catch fish on both sides of the aisle. Probably just a loop hole in our current tax laws though.
