Thanks Wolf for bringing the news to the board. Being in San Diego I was aware of the dump here but had not heard of the doc. dump in Oklahoma.

The other news that all should know is that the administration and the Democratic controlled Congress made a big deal of a federal funding "halt" to Acorn because of the initial tapes showing Acorn aiding in the business of prostitution and underage illegals in that business.

What all Americans should know but is not widely reported (surprise) is that the federal funding to Acorn was not "halted" but just suspended. Already some of the funding has been reinstituted by Congressional decree and or Administration decree and the balance as I understand it at this time is due to begin again at the first of the year.

Also, it should be noted that a partner of Acorn in many of it's "all so worthy" endeavors is the public employees union SEIU. The president of that union just happens to have visited the most often in President Obama's first six months, a grand total of 22 times! Whereas the Secretary of State and not so unimportant position, Hillary Clinton was at the White House in the same time period a total of 4 times.

Will people remember all of this come 2010 and 2012 or will they have the famous American short term memory when it comes to US politicans. Will they listen to the spin of those from outside our country or will they listen to the facts. I hope for our childrens sake that this is a soon to be changed Congress and a one term President.
