It is human nature to drawn conclusions about other people strictly from what we read, or are told to be truths without actually knowing the facts. Today, I was guilty of this human trait.

Quite honestly, after finding out more about Carlton Johnson he appears to be a very qualified board member for the service that he provides which is legal counsel. Not knowing him personally there seems to be a general feeling on this board that he is not the best choice for a board member simply because he is affiliated with Eric Swartz. What does that have to do with whether or not he is provides valuable legal counsel for PTSC? He is not, after all, a senior financial officer where his affiliation with Mr. Swartz might raise some questions.

It appears, in my opinion only, that an anesthesiologist would be the least likely person qualified to sit on the board of directors of an IT company. Perhaps he is there to keep the rest of them sedated, every time the share price drops.

Anyway....that's the last thing I had to say about Carlton Johnson (for now).
