Big storm in Canada (east side) this last weekend washing up thousands of lobster. The goverment stated that anyone picking up these lobster and removing them from the beach will be fined 100,000 cnd. Only lobster from a trap, trapped by a licensed fisherman can be purchased.

Can this be true? What the heck...........so you can't pick something up off of the beach and eat it? And I thought the U.S had a screwing goverment.
