As many of you may know I have had some medical problems over the past few years. I have not been allowed to travel but a few months ago I rec'd tepid approval from a few of my doc's to travel to see one of my sons get his PH.d. I just got back from that wonderful experience as I would not have missed watching his defense of his thesis.

However, I came back with a cold and I was in discomfort almost the whole time I was there or in the plane. The weather on the East coast was so unlike the weather in So. Calfiornia that if the tragedy in Hati had not just occurred (I hope we all are praying for those poor folks and for the souls who lost their lives) I would say that we should be praying for the US citizens living in the weather of the mid and Eastern half of the USA.

So why not Chicago because it is miserable time of year to hold a shm there for a So Ca based company, that is why not.

Once again I think it most important we concentrate our thoughts and prayers on Haiti and pray for intercession on their behalf.
