Carter has got Bush beat by a mile as the worst of all time. And I'm not defending Bush's shortcomings; as there were many. But I think Obama in his one and only year in office has shown himself to be a worthy candidate in beating Carter out as the worst president in modern times. During Carter's time in office, the countries economy was an ongoing wreck. Bush left obama with a recession; which obama promptly made worse, many times over, by his out of control spending. What happened to the unemployment rate won't go over 8% of his so call stimulus package is passed?
